    Camouflet Convector XL

Is the new camo cap different than the old cap? Did the getting stuck thing get resolved (it reads like it does!) Not trying to gripe too much, the fact that i need to wait a few secs to remove the cap is my biggest gripe is an endorsement in itself <3

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Just ran a little test for ya at the end of the day, to start all my advice above is generally being done between the induction bands on the induction sleeve or above it. I got it the VI between the 2nd and 3rd mark for some tasty hits in 15 seconds :)

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I love it with the inductor, I am gonna tell you how I would go about it before I tell you what I do! Place the inductor tip on the tempest induction sleeve at an angle, I hit it until it starts to get red and keep an eye on the visual indicator; mine is a beta so be aware my results may not be...

    Camouflet Convector XL

I love the XL on glass, it lives on my orb and is a great goto for that. It has replaced my ball vape in that regard as it is quicker and much more convenience with great capacity. I like that I can run more lower grade/badly trimmed flower when I want, I also find it nice for ripping off big...

Battery Free Ganz - The Flare Induction heater

It works its just limited around 65-70w per readout on the screen, sometimes you can get a bit more if you angle it.

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Direct tube with spiral, Airflow on head fully open, air hole on stem in bypass cracked, sometimes opened up more if it is feeling toasty! 500-525f depending, hotter for hash, hotter if very cold outside. That's what works for me, I adjust stem and wand constantly based on what I want...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I got the new Dani, tempest flavour is a little better imo but also different. I reach for the tempest over the dani but am running the dani in glass. The workflow of the tempest is way nicer though so maybe that impacts it, dani head does not fit the reload as nice and it has too many threads.

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Worth it?! I am basically the same, although I did swap mine out for SiC; I did not notice a huge difference at the time, I plan on comparing with the one I ordered when it arrives. Hard for me to accept that the flavour could be that much better, cos even with em dirty they taste great!?! I may...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Your gonna love it, the beta unit was the vape that got me to stop smoking spliffs all the time. I'm excited for you haha! It was such a game changer for me after years of not being able to find a vape that really did it for me!

Yeah, I ordered the funnel with my reload kit, its a little tiresome for me to load without.. it is not hard but the whole process is so good that it seems like the only real toil point!

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I soak mine in vodka, eventually I get a nice tincture out of it. I also clean my shit a lot less than most here, so if any new guys are like that.. don't stress too much, it's grand. Got another ordered; will be curious to see how brand new performs v old and unclean (especially for the...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

The FMJ only gets 75w anyways on mine, I can put my FMJ just below the slots for air and as I run it fully open, airflow usually was not an issue ( can be knocked though, but I have done that with the tip by itself also).

Battery Free Ganz - The Flare Induction heater

@Brenyo explained in the tempest thread that it is a result of too much magnetic material in the induction sleeve on the tempest, which triggers some kind of protection on the flare. The plan is that at some point he will release a modified induction heater, some here have removed the induction...

    Dani Fusion by Battery-free Ganz

I have an inductor and I am awaiting the fusion 2.0, any extra details on how you treated it like a ta3? My normal workflow would be to put the graphite(?) portion on the edge of the head of the convector and rotate it as I get a red glow to push that around. Kinda curious if this is an issue...

Battery Free Ganz - The Flare Induction heater

Interesting idea taking off the induction sleeve, I run mine all open on air at the tip anyways so I may do this! Any down sides from your pov? Love the vids by the way man! Thanks for all the work :)

It does, I tried one on mine to see.

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I do a variant of that, Used SiC primarily with the smaller default (from pre release/beta 2.5mm) ones mixed in at the top closest to oven. I don't know if it is that much better over SiC to me, I don't value a completely consistent roast to be honest, so for me it does not matter. I like the...

My experience is that the tempest tastes so good, I now chase flavours! I was not always like that :P
