I bought a ddave wand mod a month or so ago and it hit pretty hard, but then I got overzealous and combusted and honestly haven't come back to my SSV since. I can't get the taste out of the whip tubing no matter what I do. I ruined a clear whip boiling it, any tips on cleaning? I prefer the SSV...

With the blemished units costing $250, I'm still on the fence on this but getting much closer. I almost just want to buy it and see if it's for me, I think I could likely resell if I'm not happy for $200 or so anyway. At least that's what I'm telling myself as I debate on pushing the payment button.

I only get 1 bag per cap. I tried a second and it's basically just hot air. I saw Jerry do it on a 420 vape zone podcast (I think) and tried it. After 2 bags I'm usually really good.

I load a capsule set to 446 and I get 1 thick bag, usually 2 caps and I am where I need to be. It is a little harsh, but not too bad. I have some new glass coming today or tomorrow, I will try filtering it

A lower cost option with a plastic controller would really be ideal for me as well. I love the form and function of this vape, so much great thought put into it. Like you, the price tag is stopping me at the moment.....

I do use my mighty outdoors on occasion but always just dry herb. Do you just sandwich with herb or use the concentrates pad in capsule? I'll be honest I've never tried the concentrates pad at all. I've sandwiched a few times and was pretty good effects

I bought a cheap $10 18mm (I think) wand with screens that bring the herb closer to the heating element. I haven't tried it yet but I already bought the standard gog wand and used some tinymight2 rimmed basket screens to basically get the same effect. It hits harder but combustion is very easy...

No to the enhancement tube. Noticeable downgrade from just the stock setup IMO. I am going to add rubies at some point, I also bought a ddave mod that I haven't opened and tried out yet.
