    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Seconding all of this, and adding that I think the GB-186 provides a fantastic balance of diffusion/cooling, low drag and flavor retention. I think it's a supremely well-rounded daily driver.

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I've been enjoying my new D020-2S in a way I didn't expect to. My normal modus operandi with the V-Tower is as follows: - Pack a small elbow pack - Hit it 2-3 times - Stir it - Hit it until it's dead, usually 2 more times The first 2-3 hits, the first one especially, are the hits which are...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Got a D020-2S in the mail today from Sunshinestore, seven days from date of purchase over here in the US. It was wrapped in 5-6 layers of bubble wrap. Arrived safe and sound, fully functional, no leaks. Pros: - The frit disc fires rather evenly. Tons and tons of tiny little bubbles. -...

Reason I feel vaping can effect lungs just as much as smoking

OK, yeah, this higher quality flower is definitely easier on my throat. My last bag was super dry and apparently harsh. Maybe it wasn't cured properly. Lesson learned: top-shelf is worth the money from a health perspective. Edit: I'm going to copy and paste a response to someone else from...

Reason I feel vaping can effect lungs just as much as smoking

I'm on a forced tolerance break right now after about 3 months of vaping about a gram of flowers per day gave me laryngitis and bronchitis. I'm almost sure it's the vaping because I don't have any other symptoms of a cold or flu, just laryngitis and bronchitis. The last bag I've gone through was...

    Custom Glass Ideas/Designs Thread

The makers of Jet Waterpipe supposedly used something like this to design the perc so neighboring holes wouldn't fire simultaneously (causing the bubbles to merge), so it definitely exists. As I've said before, it'd be great if someone here knew how to use something like that.

Er, meant to post this in this thread. I love the way the uncapped pillars look without the disc on top. It's like a fountain bong. That's awesome. Like that, the thing will be a great conversation starter when used socially. Of course it's not going to function like the real thing without the...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Er, posted in the wrong thread. @EverythingsHazy I just did post it in the correct thread. Let's make this relevant: Does that significantly add to drag for you?

Yeah, mine does that too. I think I chose my words poorly earlier when I said, "on very slow draws the perc noticeably favors firing the holes on the side of the neck." "Very slow draws" was an understatement which may have led to confusion here. If I pull on it extremely softly with the intent...

Maybe the GB-186 you're referring to fires more evenly than mine does. That being said, on a purely theoretical level, the vapor/water are going to tend to take the path of least resistance towards where they're being sucked to. In the attached picture, the green path is a path of lesser...

Of course. Designs like you're referencing would fire more evenly than one with the neck coming out of the side, but still probably slightly less evenly than a perfectly straight neck coming out of the top. Balancing ergonomics and function is tricky business!

I was more thinking that putting any kind of perc at all on top of a frit, aside from one that functions as a splash guard like a turbine, is rather excessive diffusion...

A straight neck obviously has its own ergonomics depending on where you use it. That being said, I suspect it will help the stereo matrix perc fire more evenly. With a bent neck coming out of the side of the can like on a GB-186, on very slow draws the perc noticeably favors firing the holes on...

Particulate matter can be a problem depending on how fine of herb you use and what model of vape you're using. I use a V-Tower and do "elbow" packs (not really elbow anymore since I use Vapor Brothers H20 adapters instead of the fragile Arizer elbow joints these days) and before I started...

Sunshinestore is the most trusted seller here; best customer service, best packaging, etc. I'd get it there.

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

My GB-186 surprised me with its flavor retention. It's obviously not going to retain flavor like something like a diffusion pump but the very first hit I took off it was some amazing Blue Dream through my V-Tower and that lovely flavor from the Blueberry genetics hit me like a truck. The guy in...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Yeah, maybe 1/2" to 2/3" to the right. Doesn't affect the functionality. I absolutely adore the piece, cosmetic imperfections and all. I took a hit today with it and the V-Tower, the largest hit I can physically take, of whip gook on cotton, and you know how thick of vapor that can produce...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Got a GB-186-1 (stereo matrix) from Yingmin5 today. 12 days shipping over the holidays wasn't bad, and he did ship within the two days he said he would. Function is perfect. Exactly what I expected. Nothing's broken. There appear to be no leaks and everything is airtight. The percs are a wee bit...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

It looks to me like the piece is filling up in 1-2 seconds there. 1-2 seconds in and that dude is already tasting vapor. He's just taking a big hit because he can. You'll be absolutely fine with a 7-10 second rip as you're gonna be tasting vapor 2-3 seconds in and the piece is so small that...
