I want to add that I had great service from them. I thought there might be a problem with my Mighty, called them (yes they were hard to get a hold off), but when I did they spent much time with me helping me out. Just wanted to say

Great Service!! I called them about the one bad battery and one on the way out, and they sent me two new ones by 2 day delivery.

And I have heard of people breaking the top fins trying to pry it out. Waiting to see what people on the thread have to say.

Cleaning question: I have cleaned the cooling unit many times (no problems), but have not removed/cleaned the O ring around the heating chamber. Has anyone cleaned it yet, does it need cleaning? Looks like a hard one to get off, and not sure if it needs to be done.

Had similar issue, best to pinch it into dome, which decreases the circumference, then fit one side, then flatten the dome down so the other sides fit it. Yes, the o ring has to be rolled down under the notch, so it doesn't tear, had similar issue. Sorry for back to back thread on this

Thanks Freshly, but have been keeping it spotless, cleaning it every other day. I got a wear and tear set, with an extra cooling unit, and will try that tonight to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks for your reply, No, only had 6 days, have not used oil, have kept the entire unit, including the cooling unit. Have been using all week, will no issue, and then suddenly the other day, started getting really harsh vapors. Can't seem to figure out why. S & B recommended a burn off at 410...

Very interested in this, I swear it feels like I'm starting to get smalls bits of smoke in my vapor on my Mighty. Just enough to send me coughing, can can't figure out what it is, and is happening at temps as low as 330 F

Thanks for the reply and I don't want to waste space on this thread with my particular issue, but after I cleaned it with ISO, I ran it under water and then dried it with a hair dryer, so can't imagine its that either.

Thanks for the reply, nah heater is super clean. It's like I'm still getting vapor, but with the tiniest bit of smoke mixed in. The "smokiness" does not increase with temp increase, which is strange as well. I never super clean my bud, just pull the big twigs off that I can, and grind the rest...
