Great point @beyond6strings. I failed to mention the convection aspect of the LB which is a huge selling point. Even though Boundless tells us the CFX is a convection hybrid, it still cooks material while your not hitting it, maybe not as bad as a conduction chamber. The idea of on-demand heat...
