I always shake my elb between hits. After each hit it the load moves from bottom to top, a good shake loosens it right up and keeps the hit and flavor super consistent IMO

An average day is 6 or 7 UD stems @ 0.06-0.08g a stem, and an ELB or 2 in the Cloud with about 0.2g. Unless I have the Pax out all day I rarely vape over a g a day
