a full capsule of my current food weighs in at 0.12 im sure it will vary a little from strain to strain id say a max of 0.2 grams i can usually fill 8 caps in the magazine with between 1-1.2 grams hope this helps

You can order from s and b website. When I ordered my reducer it came with one single capsule in the pack. One capsule is usable, but I would recommend getting some more. U can get a 8 pack that come in a handy magazine or u can get a pack of 40 capsules that come with no magazine. Good...

@dirtdragon I had the same problem when I got my reducer. I ended up using a liquid pad from my mighty to hold it all down. Works pretty well for me. Now I just use the capsules. Makes life alot easier.
