Sounds about right. They've had my Hopper for repair since 12/4/17 and haven't replied to any of my requests for an update since 4/2/18.

It is normal for the cap to rattle. There are two discs inside which can rattle together (these cause the click when it reaches temperature). It may stop rattling and then start again at different points I've noticed, depending on how the discs are sitting inside the cap.

I've had the Silo for a few weeks and it is a really great small case for holding the VapCap and some material. I definitely prefer it to my DynaStash for carrying.

They have had my Hopper since 12/4/17. On 12/15/17, I was told the new processes would be implemented that week. No change since then.

I also received my address confirmation on Friday (12/23/14 SS preorder). The grasshopper was shipped the next day and is out for delivery today (Arizona) so the turnaround time seems to be pretty quick. Definitely quicker than what I was expecting.

The end of my OG is wavy, as well. I've seen others say the same so it seems normal.

I have also been using a dual torch lighter (simliar form factor to a Zippo) as my main heat source and it has been working great. Darkness of the ABV for me is pretty much based of how many heat cycles (typically 3 is perfect). I'll use a Bic or Zippo on occasion and still get very good...

I've found that holding the cap down towards the base of the flame rather than the top helps to minimize any soot when using a non-torch lighter. Any soot that did get on the cap could be wiped off.
