I know I'm probably gonna open a can of worms here, but did you notice that the person that got 3 said one was early bird and at least one of the others was a preorder. I asked if he got 2 preorders but he never replied. Would these be the first preorders to be shipped?

This is getting ridiculous. I said this before, the previous update where they showed the boxes. Some ready to ship and some in GH boxes. I bet they didn't open a single one of those boxes and check those units knowing they were having issues. IMO they sent all those out and still are. Again...

Don't forget they have a new in house CS rep. Wonder if this will delay responses while they have to learn the system.

Yeah I see this meaning one of two things: 1: they are comfortable enough with the system and are ready to crank more out units. (Not likely) 2: they are running out of capital and need the funds to continue (more likely) We'll see what happens with the changes this week.

I definitely agree the two of them are doing way too much. I'm surprised they haven't dropped from exhaustion. I also agree about the QC and QA, sadly though we have no idea what's going on and how many people they have working, I doubt very seriously that they have a third party at this...

@OF you make some seriously valid points!! At this point they should have more going on that what they do,MHO, and personally I think that Matt and Trevor should basically be the QC at this point. It's their company and with shipping going on, and the amount of "different issues" we're seeing...

I understand what you're saying. The part that I still don't get is how whomever assembled the ones where the back end won't come off didn't notice. I may be totally wrong, but if they aren't coming off, then they shouldn't be going on very easy either, and that should be noticed in comparison...

Just my opinion, but there's a person on reddit that had the same issue as @HillaryClinton, the non removeable back end and the blemishes. Sounds to me like someone doesn't understand the assembly process. Personally I can't see these ends going on smoothly and not coming off smoothly. So it...
