70watts sounds scary. I would hate to fry the splinter!

I will be running my splinter with an Eleaf pico. Just waiting on my heatsink to show up.... Any advice or recommendations? Also i am worried about the robot fart taste and smell!?!?!? Mine also came with to of the small stems, same size.
