2nd batch. They basically halted shipping for a week or two. Since he just got it and shipping probably took 3-7 days, it's the 2nd batch as the 3rd one hasn't started shipping yet (from my understanding).

I think Pharmacor tries to do the international replacements in packages, seems pretty common practice for companies (I know Lev does it too). I asked for a replacement and got it the next day, and I live in BC (across the country). Super impressed by the customer service. Initial impression...

Sure about the DOAs, but the Apple antennas had the problem with the release with the iphone 4. It wasn't because it was produced in millions and there were a few outliers. There was a flaw with the unit itself until they fixed it.

I just have to say even with all the problems and delays with the INH XP, I'm still 100% positive I made the right choice. We as consumers are fortunate to not only have 2 major distributors giving updates, we also have Pharmacor directly letting us know the problems of the faulty units and why...

All the issues have been resolved (or say they say). The initial shipments were about ~50, and about half had problems due to changes. I feel confident enough saying that if you order one right now, you won't run into problems.

I bought an extra capsule myself, I figure i'll have it at least a few years, and while the capsules aren't fragile, I do see them wearing down eventually. That being said, Pharmacor did say they are trying to reduce the cost of capsules in the future. Also, did order from Taylor or PV?

You won't be able to find any of the other ones with 4 holes anymore, but the difference was negligible. Theres really not many changes anyways besides the holes, cap, and stickers. The very first ones had a few problems, but the ones that Pharmacor is shipping now should be the stable unit.
