Hi all, received mine yesterday in the UK looks fantastic , wondering if I'm doing something wrong ...guess I am , charged batteries put them in (the right way) power up switched on but not getting any thing (coil not heating ) any advice ??

I've had a vortex since the release , absolutely love it. Easy to spin and definitely seems to have improved vapor production over my other dynavaps . I use the airport sometimes completely covered, sometimes intermittently , imo worth the money
