i just got it in the mail. the person i bought it off gave me an 18650 ultrafire 4000mah. Is it safe to use these in the cera or should i order different ones?

I recently bought a Cera EL. I have been reading that there have been some issues with the EL carts that's why they stopped making them. Would any of you know what the issues were ? Would it be okay to run concentrates that pass the foil test through the EL cart while I order the EO?

On my DART I only hold the hits in for 5-7 seconds then i exhale a bit and inhale again. I repeat the process until no smoke is shown

When all I had was my windowed rev I just took the top off and loaded that way. Not really much of a difference

I have to agree that I like a top loader so much more. I never even used the window in the REV, to load it I always just took off the top piece. Here's the comparison pics Zingbuddah was talking about. Dart core. Rev core. (Not my picture. Took from earlier in the thread. )

For me its basically a mini dabber. You can scoop your concentrates with it , after just stick it in the DART and fire it up to let the concentrates melt into the ceramic

No. I just said that it's hitting better because , well its brand new, and i meant better as in a little bit bigger clouds. My Rev hits the same but the "huge clouds" start diminishing after a couple G's of budder have been ran through it , but its nothing a good cleaning can't take care of.
