@CentiZen is that guy in the video. he could fill u in better than I can, but he made it by lobbing off the end of a 14mm piece and attaching it to the inhalater by the tubing. I hear that the inhalater has a tight fit on the right diameter (maybe 18mm) so u may not need an attachment at all...
