If by "low" you mean closer to the "heat fins" body then the tip that was my purpose, you could easily go the other way if you wanted to. Took me longer to go get my needle nose pliers then to make the adjustments and put it back together.

Mine came in today unfortunately they beat m batteries and was only able to find 3 in town so only one unit is up and running right now but hey.

My tracking showed Monday then this morning updated to tomorrow went out for lunch came home to a box at my gate. My batteries haven't even made it yet had to run into town and buy some, no biggie will serve as a backup set. Batteries charging now then get to test this baby out..

Battery came in plugged right in no issues perfect fit. Charged up and can already tell a difference in what I had.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the PSM and cant wait for my Caldron to get here. I was using the dental heater before and its amazing the difference tot he PSM. Wonder how it will be when I replace the battery in the PSM I have now and can get more then 2 heat ups before it...
