I think its fair to say that it has been difficult trying to resolve this problem. Newvape are saying its my bank and my bank are saying that its Newvape with a problem on its end.... Oh well.....

Im loving this with the water adapter !I had mine at 60 w and 195c on the cuboid 200 and it ripped beautifully such a big powerful hit! Should I change it back to 70w? IAfter three bigs bowls I can highly recommended this one!

I just received my Tetrax - its taken me a few minutes to set up tubo mode but it seems to be running well. Just wondering what wattage and temps people are running in tubo mode?
