They say 50 have left for the first 50 pre-orders. Who knows where where they stand? Amy received yet? Someone should have received a unit by now if they shipped on 6/25 - but no one knows where the stand in line! Credibility sinking fast....

You do not need the latch at all, If you cannot bend the spring behind the top green molded elastomer gasket above the crucible, just take it to someone who is the least bit handy with a ball peen hammer, drift pin and needle-nose pliers. ANY vape hobbyist or jeweler can do this for you. Whoever...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

yes, I stand corrected, that is what you will see displayed on the scale, what's going on inside to ensure accurate readings not withstanding. Regarding the spring - you are likely not "Walling away" on that spring steel. I never said this was going to be easy. you need the right tools...

I ordered the bong attachment, but there are still no baskets available on the site. I have no doubt they will ship on the 25th, as the credibility of Airvape would be seriously damaged if they did not have a container on the dock and merchandise in transit at this point in time. We can only...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

THE DOOR: Absolutely, unquestionably a total waste of time to deal with the latch; REMOVE THE SPRING. there is more than enough friction between the green silicone rubber inserts above and below the closed crucible door to make the latching mechanism superfluous. You can use your fingernail to...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

The pictures shoe the spring bent so far inwards it is now behind the oval opening Zero resistance against door closure O-ring (white) secures door shut, barely needed. in fact, get that spring out of the picture and the door stays shut with frictional forces of gaskets against crucible. If the...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

The spring is bent inward using metal tools like drift pin and small hammer. The O-ring now holds the flaccid door closed with ease against zero force, The latch fingers on the Stealth MV1 holding the door shut do not appear to be painted over chrome plating. Rather, the material appears to be...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

Get yourself a 1.5" I.D> O-Ring at any hardware store. If you bend the pring a bit so it reduced the force, you don't even need to hold the door. After a number of weeks like this, it is a vast improvement over my thumb breaking each time.

No solder, just press fit. Case snaps together and is subsequently ultrasonic sealed, but the beads are quite shallow. I took my case apart with a shim of spring steel. It did not take long. Keep us posted! Good luck.

AirvapeUSA is still offering a $100 pre-order discount on it's soon to ship Legacy. Specs look very good, price is right with this pre-order discount and, most important of all, it is billed as a pure convection, instant-on-demand, basket-loadable all-glass vapor path isolated from the nasty CD...

    Discontinued Ghost MV1

I just got my Dynatech induction heater (AC) and a Ti tip (had M-Shadow) I do own a Crafty+. I also own an MV1. An entire S&B 'dosing capsule' is too much for me. The Vapcap has an adjustable chamber(oven) and, although it was a real pain to position the ccd, it seems to work quite nicely now...

    DynaVap's Turtle Brand Case

I have a Chinese knock-off Pelican style do-dad for my Plenty. If you are going to carry around something this size, why not a small desktop? Here I thought the whole advantage of the Dynasphere was "tiny is tastier"

    AirVape Vaporizer

My 2-year old X-Vape battery lasts as long as my Crafty+ : about 3 loads of 1.3g The Crafty+ sells for $260+ It is an outstanding machine. AirvapeX can cost half that or a little less. It is a fine machine

    Dynavap VapCap

Agreed, and my post is simply this: to turn an M into an Omni, it is not about the metal so much as the air inlet lacking the vents in the M. you can raise the cap OR you can turn an M into a more expensive model, albeit without the chamber adjustment for microdosing and the thermal properties...

    Dynavap VapCap

i HAVE WRITTEN TO GEORGE A DOZEN TIMES. Never a reply. These inexpensive Dynavaps require a mod to the tip with a Dremmel tool to work correctly. It is not about technique, it is about playing with a fair deck. Examine detailed photos of the tip (not cap) on the Omnivap. Look at the M Shadow 19...

    Crafty/Crafty+ by Storz & Bickel

My first Crafty+ could not do 4 bowls. I sent it back to box mover. My scond Crafty+ charges in a few hours and lasts 6 bowls, but the last bowl will drain the "improved" battery which is now 3300 mAH instead of 2700 mAH. This would be killer with a stronger 18650, but there is some amount of...
