    The Arizer Air

FWIW I needed to provide my phone number, shipping address, and serial # for my warranty claim. I dunno what they would need from an outside vendor though. Isn't Arizer located in Canada? I'm just curious why the emails I get from them are between 11pm-1am pacific time. Good call, I've...

    The Arizer Air

I did go buy a cheap digital one from harbor freight and the generic instructions worked great, thank you. The batteries are fine and I'm still having issues. I'm just going to send it in instead of worrying about it.

I've got my multimeter and I'm ready to figure this mystery out! I have no idea how to use this thing. Can you guys give me some pointers before I head to class at YouTube University? I hope it's ok to discuss here since I'm attempting to diagnose a problem with the air.

    The Arizer Air

Thanks @stark1 I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to batteries and electrical components in general so I'm not confident I can diagnose it myself Maybe I'll buy a multimeter today so you and the other friendly members can help me interpret the data. I have a desktop vape but the Air is my first...

    The Arizer Air

Well, to continue my trend of waffling back and forth, it does not work. It appeared to be working when fully charged AND plugged in. But I just powered on unplugged, with a full battery and had the same issue. The good news is I heard back from Arizer today(same day I emailed) and they are...

    The Arizer Air

Well now this is interesting. I fully charged it and gave it a quick test before work and it reached temperature on blue without spazzing out. I didn't use it yet but I think this brings the batteries back into contention as the source of the problem. So what could I be doing wrong with my...

    The Arizer Air

This is the first I've heard the Air can work without a battery. It didn't, just gave me the no battery red light. Not the same problem I've been having with overheating and shutting itself off. I know I had enough power to run it but I'm gonna fully charge it right now to be sure.

What do you mean you got strange stuff "down there"? My Air doesn't work with either of my 2 batteries(they are charged) or plugged in now. Now it just heats up for longer than normal and then shuts itself off. it's hard for me to keep track of my battery because sometimes I have 10 min...

    The Arizer Air

My newest theory is a problem with the temperature sensor that controls the heat cutoff. it looks normal while its heating but when it gets to the temperature it should be it starts getting conflicting signals to cutoff heat or keep heating, which causes the rapid, sporadic flashing light, and...

    The Arizer Air

I'm so confused. My Air worked perfectly normal all day today and now it's acting up again at work. it just heated up on blue like normal, I took one hit to warm up the bowl and then when it tried to reach temperature again it started flashing sporadically. I turned it off and back on, it...

I had the same problem. You'll get used to it, I couldn't get good clouds at first and I was a little frustrated but after a week or so I got the feel for packing and draw speed. I pack it pretty loose, just enough to stay put.

    The Arizer Air

Just to follow up. I have used my air for a few sessions since it malfunctioned last night. It seems to be working normally. My only user-related suspicion is that it may have had something to do with leaving it in my car outside during night shift (which I do often). Last night it may have...

    The Arizer Air

Nobody has had this happen or is slightly concerned it could happen to them? I just woke up and turned it on and it appears to be working but I haven't used it yet. last night it was really screwy. Its concerning because the heat cutoff malfunctioned and it overheated and combusted.

    The Arizer Air

Something weird just happened. I'm on about the 3rd session after fully charging the battery. I just put it on green and it was heating up, when it should of been done heating up it started doing a weird double blink. then a rapid triple blink. I thought the battery was dying but it kept...

After inserting the solo-like stem that came with air the mp stems do feel a little wobbly. It doesn't come close to falling out when tipped over, though. I use the short stem the most. it doesn't hold much but I get less resistance and even heat distribution. I don't mind packing it a couple...

That's too bad. The short stem has been my most used stem. I better be careful with it.:uhoh:

    The Arizer Air

The price is just SO much cheaper it seems worth a shot. Especially since we are really just risking an $18 battery and not the $200+ unit itself. I say that as someone who knows very little technical information about batteries and power supplies.. I guess I'm still holding out to hear a...

    The Arizer Air

I have an extra battery but It's a pain having to charge them both up in the unit. I'll probably get one more spare and the external charger. Is there any more info about the $45 Arizer charger or are most people going for the Nitecore charger?

Getting high and snowboarding is different than getting "wasted" and snowboarding. Unless you're new to the herb maybe.
