you're right that I do, the ones on my site were made by Azzwoodcustom (I still have one in black wood available).

@Kaluvap is making very nice wood and glass stems (more for the usa kit) and wooden heatshields, as @azzwoodcustom too thanks for the mention but i only make leather sleeves or parchment cases😂. Azzwood is the master of Anvil's heatshields

You grabbed a good one. The Thermocore is the last version of the oven. It works great with a torch and the Forge. It'll work in the Wand too but it's not the best combinaison imo, the Anvil needs a lot of energy that the Wand have difficulty to give. Imo, you have the most powerfull butane...

this is correct. The air intake holes on the Lotus are on the underside of the device, so they're not in contact with the butane coming over the top plate.

I'm not at all surprised by Gvb's attitude, the guy is awesome and his stems too!

That's what I do in my balls vapes : a mix sic and zirc with sic balls on top. I like the results in my TAs and VVs, and it would probably be the same with the Tempest.
