Makes perfect sense. Thanks for educating me! Now hat about hollow ss balls?
When using an inductive housing i assume it should be rather small in diameter in order to heat the boro balls quickly? Guess the cc omega will be too wide. What do you say?
You mean the stainless steel balls would give off a bad taste? lots of vaporizers are all ss…
If a stainless steel container filled with boro balls would work as well, i guess i could just buy the
cloud connoisseur omega and build a induction heater for that. Id still have ss in the vapor path...
Ok, but it is possible in theory? There are some big induction coils on the diy market. If anyone has an idea of what wattage would be appropriate, i might give it a try. I live in germany and we have the highest energy prices on this planet :( so an efficient ball vape would be just awesome.

Hey there,
im still dreaming of a ball vape that uses induction heating. I know the tempest does it. And i have it and love it. Still wondering if it
would be possible to use a glass or ceramic housing for the balls (similar to qaroma) and fill it with stainless steel balls that get heated...
Hey there,
i found some beautiful 14-10mm adapters that i would like to use for my mad heater and simrell vapes. But they are sandblasted from the inside, hence they would scratch the titanium. Is it possible to somehow polish the sandblasted part in order to get a smooth finish?
cheers
So i have spent some time with the tempest now. I really love it! I do have one critique (hopefully constructive), one question, and a product idea 🤦♂️😃
- When using the DRC tube in open, the kick hole seems to do a lot less, than DRC in closed mode. Is this normal?
- Here is what i dont...

does anyone know if this part is available anywhere in the eu? I cant find it on the european dynashop….
Since i dont like the idea of dedicating my wand exclusively to the tempest, i found some cork sticks with 12mm diameter. I guess i could cut them to the according length and insert temporary into the wand adapter for heating my dynavaps?
If so, does anyone know how long these would need to be...
Hey there,
does anyone know if the wand charges the batteries as a balanced pair? I dont need a separate set of batteries and would prefer to just charge it in the wand - in case the wand charges properly. Thanks
Dont take a regular adapter. It will scratch your titanium mouthpiece. I think you need an ungrounded adapter - but better wait for someone else to chime in. Or simply order the one from mad heater or simrell. Best
Anyone know how to find out which soldering irons are fitting?
The thread size for screwing it on and how long/thick the heating element can be?
I have a weller spare heating element plus supply unit, that heats to 200 degree in about 5 seconds. This could be the ultimate power saving desktop...
Thanks mate. Maybe Mad heater could offer a little adapter that we can insert loosely from the top in order to diminish the diameter for the regular vapcaps? Obviously this would only work if the wand sits firmly on a flat surface, but still….. I guess a fitting glas tube would do.
