Alright guys, Fastech delayed shipping my Triade again. Can you guys recommend some DNA mods for a Splinter Z? I’m gonna to order one from a US retailer.

I just got a Z too. For now I’m using a Wismec RX Gen3 dual with mysurevic in wattage mode. I have auto fire on, preheat set to 40 watts for 2.5 seconds (that’s the longest I can set it to for some reason). I use it at 35-40w and let it heat up for around 5 seconds before I start taking a draw...

I have both. I mostly use the short one, but the long one cools better if you like longer draws.

Which mod do you have?

I used to have a MFLB and liked it, but hated carrying the separate pieces. I think the Milaana 3 will be in my future. I haven’t got the battery for my Z, but I’m a little worried about having to mess around with too much.

So do you like Splinter or the Milaana better?

Do you know if the Triade is better than the Wismec DNA 250 performance wise? I was checking out the RX GEN3, but several people told me the DNA mods were a lot better.

I emailed fastech about the Triade I ordered and they said they still waiting for the stock to arrive. Got my Z in and the wait for battery is killing me. Are there any US retailers that have good deals on a mod for my Z?
