Anyone having any issues getting feedback from w9tech support? I submitted a few tickets today, but have gotten no response since the early AM. My persei won't light up anymore and am hoping to get this shipped back while its still under warranty :(

Love the new vapexnails and mini sidecirc. The mini sidecirc has become my go to for dabs over any of my other pieces! Definitely recommend purchasing at least 2 nails.

Anyone want to post a demo video of the entire nail process for the evo? :)

Rezblock. Depending on how many drops, how stale the water is, and my draw, I can get the stacking up to the mouthpiece if I want to. Keeps my glass much cleaner.
