I love the LSV but it seems problems with the power cord are a common occurrence. I don't think much thought went into the design of it, it's pretty bad even with the strain relief that they added. You'll probably need to send it back for repair, which can be costly if made to pay for shipping...

To those who have tried the D020-D and W, which do you prefer? Is it just down to mouth piece preference or do they fire a little differently? I like the more open style of the D but the W sidecar is tempting me.

Seems Kathy has raised her prices on these new pieces, I got this exact piece last year for something like $20, now she has brought it back and listed it at 50+ which equates to 75 with shipping.. Hopefully she reconsiders, as these new prices are just way out of wack IMO.

Yeah, I use an 18mm to 14mm downstem (similar to this one) so it fits in their nice without being too tight. Might depend a lot on the shape of your wand mouthpiece and your glass joints on whether you'll get the same results I'm getting.
