I like hearing that. I have been considering (lusting after?) a lotus but this thread was making me pause. Knowing that this will be addressed though...I know a lotus is in my future plans.

Ahhh beer. My OTHER vice. Lately saisons have been my go to's, and of course all sorts of delicious sours. I love the darkside too, with stouts and porters making up the bulk of my cellar. I even have an IPA every now and again to remind myself that I am just not a hoppy person.
