I have used the vapium for a week straight with heavy use. Work's great taste vapor it's all there.used it outside it was 5 below heated right up with vapor .very easy to clean easy to use.

Yes the same happen to me.sent me a prepaid label last Sunday they say 24hr turn around when they receive it .
