Sounds like you might have an incomplete seal. Check very closley at the edges where the screen above the pod meets the silicon. Any gap or unevenness Between the two will cuse vapor leaks. if the silicon that the pods sit in isnt fully flattened and seated correctly, a pods may sit cockeyed...

Agreed, especially if you are using a fine grind. When i was using A run of the mill 3 chamber grinder i needed to stir. Im still using the orange plastic 2-piece S&B mill until I’m convinced of a suitable metal replacement... works perfectly - no stirring needed, very affordable but its plastic :(

Tip for upside down grinding: take the bottom 2 pieces off so you dont get the contents of your bottom chamber dispersed throughout your grinder. S&B orange 2 picece works very very well for the haze too if you happen to have one of those!
