I'm kinda in the same situation. I still get green specs. I don't worry too much. Yes I could stir but I feel satisfied with the extraction regardless so don't worry about it too much. I hardly use the cricibles as stock though, usually micro dose with a liquid pad on top. Stirring is awkward...
