Just received word from the mail company that the parcel is expected to be delivered by the 15th... When I paid £16 extra to have it delivered within 24-48 hours. I don't know what's going on but I'm not impressed.

From my experience so far communication has been pretty good. I've emailed Hermes today and have recieved responses within 30 minutes of each other. They even gave me some free accessories because of some complications with my order! Let's just hope they can keep this up.

This was happening before the grinder was even used, turning it dry would cause it to happen which was pretty weird.

Come on guys, lighten up, don't scare me like that after I've just put an order through. :lol:

Hey everyone, I've got a Santa Cruz shredder that leaves a white trail along the entire circumference of the grinder when grinding with it. It can be rubbed off, just wondering why it would do this? It's a 2 piece large.

In general, how are you guys finding the reliability of the new tcmv and gcmv's, is it still a lottery whether you get a good one or not?

Could you please elaborate, is there better flavour or increased vapour production? Info would be nice as I'm pulling the trigger to buy one any minute now :D

I have looked into vapefiend but I get the impression from the description they give that only the gcmv is available. The original manufacturer seems to give the option for different cores on the usa website, but not on the European one. :rolleyes: I don't mind sacrificing a bit of portability...

I'm swapping it over at the same time, so when it gets here I give the old piece to the courier. When I spin the grinder I notice that the top ever so slightly rubs against the wall, leaving a thin white trail around the edge that can be rubbed off with your finger.
