I am not sure what the issue is. I placed two orders in last month... one was last week. I have gotten my orders with 4-5 days on both occasions. I am sorry any of you are experiencing delays.

Try teflon tape around the mouthpiece, then insert it. Stretch it tightly when putting it on! it conforms well to shape, and will stand up to heat!

I have never had any issue closing my case. try to place the Dabbler charger exactly as it came, and it will work. The only issue I ever had was that the dab tool rolls around in there, so I threw in a tiny piece of sponge to keep it still.
