When using the transfer wand, try puffing on it like you would a cigar (light puffs though) rather than taking a long steady hit. That way, you're taking in air between each puff and it becomes a LOT less harsh.

NICE lookin' LSV. Just thought I'd give you my own personal opinion about your setup. I tried putting a screen on top of the herb in the transfer wand to stop the herb from falling onto the screen in the heater cover, but for me, it was much inferior to just using the wand without that...

Everybody's different but for most, these symptoms reach their peak in about 3-5 days and then subside. If you want to totally reset things back to zero, I suggest abstaining for 2 to 3 weeks.
