It does not matter what massdrop says about warranty. They did not make the Herbalizer, and therefore they can not speak for the manufacturer. There is no discussion to be had. Herbalizer website clearly states their position. They updated the warranty page to specifically state NO MASSDROP.

yes that hourglass spot counts ... and be sure the screen is "domed" upwards and clean. a screen domed downwards decreases air flow by a very large pecentage.

Yes... for a while. It has not degraded any since day 1 however. The number of sessions seems to have remained fairly consistent. Also important to note that all sessions were done on green and halfway through switched to red.
