I've been wanting to try 35 lb parchment paper. Bad parchment can definitely mess with your squish results and make it look like you are using too much pressure. I mean it's easy to use too much pressure also, but bleed through is super annoying with thin paper.

Has anybody been able to replace their enail with the Peak? What are peoples thoughts on the vapor quality compared to a proper enail?

I find it harder at times to hydrate with ice water, sounds counter-intuitive but I find it's harder to drink enough water when its that cold. Instead there is relief felt from the water temperature but often not actual cellular hydration (in my experience) I still drink iced drinks sometimes...

What sized plates are you using? I did a 7g puck in my round press this morning. I have the round and square pre-presses.

I used a bench vise setup for a while and they are pretty clunky for pressing rosin. Takes a long time to get the plates open. If you want a real rosin press you'll be hard pressed to find a better value than Dabpress. Otherwise you might as well just stick with a hair straightener, they work...
