To me, saying radishes are hot is like saying onions or garlic is hot. Although, I once knew an old lady who thought bell-peppers were hot. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why.

You're asking me to compare apples to oranges. Everything you listed is all vary different. Plus they are all dry-hitters, which is very different from water. I've never checked the temperature of the water. Whatever comes out of the tap. I do prefer room-temp water over cold or hot water.
