The Persei kit comes with standard imr batteries that run the 7.4v kiss cart that's included, to run the Herc you would need the stronger AW imr batteries. To run a 3.7v kiss cart you would need a 3.7v kiss cart and a 18650 preferably a AW 18650.

You do not need a torch on the Herc at all, only batteries you would need is aw imr 18350's 2 of them to achieve 7.4v.

The Iris is designed to power the herc and cartridges along with the bender, something thats needed to power the hammer itself that puts out full power at all times needs a different top for it.
