You can but no longer then 1-2 seconds and your good to go. We can fix the tube and top issue but the scratch part has a service fee. We simply cant paint it there is a process to follow.

@primeform the Hercules is designed to drop its reserves in case of not Cooling it down properly. I have run over 10 grams through some QC units and all passed without problems. The key is to cool it down if your doing a 30 second hit then push the button for 15 and keep inhaling for the rest...

You can try to fix it if it breaks clean it thoroughly then ship it out at that point it won't mater if it's working or not.
