It's normally in my palm when using it, because I prefer working the carb with my finger instead of using the cork, but it could be used on the table if one wanted to.

I just pulled the tip out and checked, and it's as snug as ever. (there's a Posts Taken Out of Context thread quote for ya, lol) I wasn't in the mood to dig the o-ring(s) out and risk damaging them...but it is exactly just as tight a fit now as it was the day I put them in. So, no degradation...

Meh...I'm not that worried about it. Mine has lasted me a long time like that. It's not exactly in the air-path, and nothing appears degraded after ~15 months of almost daily use...Plus, even if anything from that extremely tiny amount of degummed hemp fiber did get into the vapor over years...

I think it was three little 1/2" popcorn buds and a pinch of shake. I have one. Not that I'm saying it's bad as most plastic grinders, but I honestly didn't find it specifically impressive, especially when compared to my decent quality metal grinders.

Yeah, it wasn't quite as fine as what my MFLB Finishing Grinder produces, but it was in the same ballpark. It was fine enough that I could have used it with my MFLB if I'd wanted to. It did provide one nice long, thick, milky one-hitter-quitter with my Woodscents log and a waterpiece though. :smug:
