I think that hospitals in general are one of the unhealthiest and dangerous places one can be in and I try to avoid them as much as I possibly can. I wonder what your chances are of contracting a serious disease in a hospital is as compared not being in a hospital environment.

I believe tolerance levels begin to lower in just one day of abstinence but of course, the realization of that lowered tolerance has a lot to do with previous consumption levels. For me, I notice a decrease in tolerance within 2 days of taking a T-break.
