to beta test no qualifications are needed. We will have different packages for different people. Example someone has the core, so they will get the nail and the rest of the parts we know they dont have for sure. if someone does not have the core the price for the beta will be different...

the Hammer rod is necessary to get the enail working we already started producing the hammer rods as their design is done deal nothing will change on that. The Hammer rod will work the same on the 8 as it did with the Persei, the Hammer tops will be incorporated most likely into the new touch...

The cart can't be taken apart. The wires are underneath the ceramic disc. The design looks cool but it's just not practical. @thevaf built a few of this type of cartridges he later stopped using them in favor of the Hercules. Maybe he can chime in.
