This is true - Water affects the phase change of vapor, cooling it down and causing it to condense. It's essentially distillation. It's very different from how water acts in a combustion scenario.

On my Carta if you don't push the button once-more at just the right time after the 5 clicks it won't turn on. The whole button setup is quite strange.
