It all comes down to extract artist. Ive had some shatter that tastes like a steele worker's ballsack. Others that were unequalled in their perfection (violla comes to mind). I have found store bought rosin to taste the worst. Perhaps they use too high a heat searching for better yields...

Rosin is my least favorite overall but there are always exceptions. I prefer it for its simplicity and ease. Extract artist/operator always seems to be a factor.

Pieces are the EXACT same. And you will of course find some variance in pieces, this is all cheap chinese production glass. Amazon retailers are mostly drop shipping from asia, or have bought in bulk and are reselling... but it is the same exact, cheap, get-what-you-pay-for, production pieces.

I'd live with it and just change water/clean more often to keep up. I don't like ash catchers due to their added restriction on any piece. Vaped bits come with the territory, and are far easier to clean than combustion glass.

I think this is a fine option... though it may not be for you;) For you, I think you will find your ultimate travel solution really is stock. Use the plastic, airtight tube and pair yourself with a Jyarz classic, and you will be satisfied.

So how consistent are your results with the mesh+MV cart? Any combustion?
