Are you saying just turn the FF upside down between hits?
Will a slight shake like the MFLB work to shake the load a little?
Thanks for the tips. Will give it a try with my session later.
After much internal debate about whether or not to order I finally pulled the trigger and my FF arrived from PIU on Thursday.
I have to say each day I use this device I grow more attached to it. Have been blowing Clouds since day one but was having trouble getting the nice flavor I kept...
Really enjoyed comparing the Air with my other new portables the last few days.
Always liked my Solo but it was just a little too big for me as a travel companion. The air has changed that completely.
Got one of the short Edds TNT wongs from PIU and really like using it dry on the white...
After playing with this vape for the last few days I feel I can finally say it has earned a rightful place in my rotation.
Took some time to figure out a good technique but now I'm producing clouds that rival any of my other portables excluding the Mighty. Considering its $250 dollars less...
I use my SSV on 3:00 for flower.
I use the oil kit heater cover with stopper and a GG connection.
Definitely play around with temp, draw speed, and how tight your load is packed.
I have both as well, SSV should be blowing your Solo out of the water.
Puffitup has been good to me the last couple weeks. New Vapium Summit, Firefly, and Air all in time for Christmas Day. Now to see which one will end up being my new stealth vape.
Happy Hoidays to the whole Puffitup crew.
Was really thinking about getting one of these for the holidays. The reliability issues have me concerned though.
Is there any member still on their first Firefly with more than a year of use? (I mean this as a serious question. No tongue and cheek)
I am having trouble finding that u adapter on oregonglassblower's website. Would you mind posting a link to it please? Looks like a great glass accessory to have.
I have a Solo and Air and the difference to me is very little as far as vapor quality.
My solo is an older M106 so the Air's air path actually feels less restrictive.
The Mighty wins in vapor quality IMO. Flavor is better, flavor stays nice longer, and clouds are bigger with less restriction.
Over the lifespan of the vape will it be worth the $200 extra. To me yes. I vape daily and use the Mighty 2-3 times a day. At this point I can't imagine not...
If the stem is too warm I find my lips get dry and start to crack after time. Happens more since moving to a drier climate.
I hear you on not having to upgrade later. I guess it depends on personal habits.
Both units are good for different situations. The Mighty is like having a desktop...
Mighty will blow bigger clouds and more consistent taste throughout. Precise temperature is also a nice feature I take full advantage of. Lack of swappable batteries and price are my only issues with it.
Air is IMO the best bang for buck in the portable market. Good taste, swappable...
Life is treating me great man. Glad the pup nation is still going strong too. Your vapes last so long I have been viewing from a distance. Couldn't resist the urge once the SS stems and Mini dogs went up though.
I did have one of the prototype minis with the old core. That one is still...
@JimmyCricket IMO the SS screens are very worthy it.
My mini arrived today and have to say it may be my favorite pup yet. I have owned 8 UD's in total and this one has the nicest finish of any so far. 4 have been passed on as gifts but I am never without a pup in my lineup.
Also my first...
Well after posting in this thread last week a brand new Gnome arrived at my doorstep. Can't believe how awesome the people in this community are.
Thank you @Deadshort480 for your kindness. After two sessions with this thing I can't believe I've been without one for a year. Truly one of my...
