Thanks hoptimum, sounds like you got the Stage 2 batteries as well (from the silver batteries i've seen in pictures). Both of my batteries (blue, 3.2V) cause the FV to act the same. No glow from bottom heater screen. :ugh:

Thanks Pipes, Pakalolo, Rude Boy. My batteries charge up to 3.61V & 3.60V, so believe close enough to your voltage as not to cause such a difference in vapor production. Unfortunately, with the removable screen removed, mine doesn't glow orange in the dark to a press of 20 seconds...
