They call it "refined live resin" which is true, as they do start with live resin, but the finished product is 100% distilled. My favorite cartridges right now is probably Outco.

The only distillate I really like is what Raw Garden fills their carts with. We don't really get good access for syringes at all here, probably best to just purchase carts from a reputable shop. Friendly Farms produces a syringe with their liquid live resin, but it's pretty $$$.

Agree that folding will nucleate and help promote buddering. Heating will promote decarboxylation, which will give you more of a sap consistency.
