See video at http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/silver-surfer-vaporizer.2/page-99#post-4484 I use both ... for everything Iso, then dish soap and water , followed by a vacuum. (except in any area that would be endangered by water contact... for example in the actual oven of the Solo I would use...

    Multi-brand Vivant Alternate

3 minute sessions are not enough for some. I know a patient that restarts his Vivant 4-5 times in a row... the second it times out! I bet his unit gets hot.

No. Aluminum is one metal that shows it's damage easily, through pitting or discoloration. It is my opinion that your aluminum is safe.

Rinse it all off with dish soap with warm water then rinse well with plain water, and hold firmly (DO NOT LET GO) the moist pieces, and dry them at the nozzle of a shop vac.

Do it the way that feels natural to you. In this video I do it in the air and once on the table for support.

The picture makes the grinder and even the cylinders inside look metal. I touched your link, and then understood better.

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

I am on my original wand and screen. I am on my second whip. I used the first whip for about 2 years. This one has lasted longer. It is stained, but clean! My original whip that I cut up and relegated to other "duties", after year 2 can be seen at...

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

I believe that after a time of peek performance, the heaters do slowly deteriorate, and we bit by bit turn up the heat level. We do not change our learned draw method, however. as an SSV ages, we draw more cautiously ( slow down/speed up accordingly). changing habits is difficult. it takes...

    FlowerMate Vapormax V/V5.0/V5.0S/V5 Pro

I imagine you mean vapes that I love. I like the Pax 1 but do not reach for it that often because of the maintenance on it. I love the Flowermate more than the pax, because the flowermate does not have as precise a cleaning routine. I can use a Flowermate for a month. Pax original gets cleaned...

Then it looks like an official repair is in order. Here's to hoping you are still under warranty. If you are not, perhaps contact with S&B can offer solution or repair.

    Multi-brand Vivant Alternate

We have been very lucky in this area. A number of local patients that I am keeping up with still have not had issues. We are not part of the 6% of original top failures I imagine. (that was the statistic given by @Vivant) All of us received new tops, including myself. I stubbornly was going to...

the WS comes with a built in attenuator. I would stick with that option. I would find settings on the built in VVPS dial, and use those. I can not think of a reason you would require a Multi-Meter.
