I've had over 10 different boxes through my hands, and zero had any issues. Hell, I've sent out bad parts by mistake, it happens. What matters is they will always take care of their customer no matter what.

I've tried soooo many portables but this little guy is what I always come back to. I don't know if I'll ever find a portable to take it's place..

Is that the Nicaraguan cocobolo? Does if almost feel like a plastic? I had a solo stem made out of it, it was gorgeous but i didn't like the feel. I love my purpleheart stem for my UD. Fwiw I love the added taste from using wooden stems, and Ed is a boss, and a good guy, can't go wrong ordering...

I don't like blowing through stems just because of the condensation that is exhaled when doing so, just me being picky. Poking it all out is a PITA but just what I do I guess I use a ssv pick

Sounds best out of a wooden stem. Thanks for adding the formed nylon stems @underdog I was really about to give up on the nylon stems because I would be too rough and poke the screen right out of place and it'd have crumbs all over my stem, and id have to go clean it, now I have zero worries...

My tightvac went to the garbage the day I got my jyarz. I didn't know what the hype was about until I got one.. Now I want one of every color.. Oh and the tightvac wasn't even being used.. It was just that to have. Now it's gone!
