While They can not change my double vision, I will be getting Cataract surgeries next week on both eyes. They say the acrylic implants will make me able to see with less blur. Maybe this will help me with my ability to diagnose issues in the smaller portables once again!

I am not certain, but I believe you would need more than an adapter.... you would also need a converter/transformer of some type to alter the current. When ordering an SSV, you order 120 OR 240, and the correct plug (and voltage) comes with it.
