Depends on your usage. Heavy daily users will often replace it at least once a month. Lighter users can go months. If you buy the medical grade silicon tubing in bulk, you can replace your whip for a dollar or two. If you order the vinyl tubing from 7th Floor, it's only like six bucks I think...

I took off for 8-years when I was on felony probation for 10 years. But I don't recommend it. I've always hated the period after a t-break where I have to build my tolerance back up to acceptable levels. So, I try to avoid doing t-breaks on purpose. If I ever want to lower my tolerance(but never...
