@b0 For the chamber lid use 2 screens cris crossed and for the chamber I use a fine-coarse-fine setup. Until then you can look at page #39 post #961 for a "bottle cap" screen design you can DIY! It works best with the finest screen you can find!:tup:

@stickstones That is correct the bottle cap screen replaces the factory chamber lid screen, and it eliminates the need for the allen screw. However you can poke a hole in the fine screen and still use your stir attachment as well.:tup:

IMO, if you are having herb fall through the oven screens, your grind is too fine and this is happening when you fill the chamber. Remember, once you fill the chamber you flip the ESV upside down and the herb rests on the chamber lid screen, not the oven screen. Unless you are using the ESV...
