I agree with @pakalolo - Someone who's Ascent failed will be more likely to complain than the countless number of people who have been using their Ascent without any problems. Some people on this thread even have the early production model, and still going strong! Others have had 3 or 4 fail...

I have the handle - the problem is my 18-14mm reducer for the D020 was too lose, and my WPA stuck to the reducer. The reducer lasted less than 1 week before it stuck and then dropped onto my concrete patio, chipping off a huge chunk. My new OGB reducer seems to stick much stronger to the D020...
