ISO Soak all glass and replace whip tubing. Unfortunately, I've noticed whip tubing is a really great retainer of tastes and smells, be it good or bad. also, look at top heater screen to ensure none of your liquid dropped in!

I'm definitely no Palm expert and only have the model 2.0, but it really looked to me like mostly the plastic case was changed to make it even more stealth. Never watched over battery, the palm 2 was my maintenance ultra stealth go to device. Now, solely use for concentrates (and not often)...
